Our leasing staff is available to discuss with you how our rates compare to other housing options and validate that our community offers you the best value for your money, as well as a great location and incredible atmosphere.

You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you, but don’t forget that all of our apartments are fully furnished.

Service Animals are not considered pets, however we carefully review all documentation provided with such requests. We also provide a spacious relief area for your furry friends just outside our courtyard.

Roommates can be matched in a couple of different ways – either you tell us who you want to live with, or if you don’t have roommates in mind, we are happy to do the matching for you! We look closely at the information both you and your potential roommates have provided in your application and on your roommate matching card and work to find people that have the same or similar preferences. Although we don’t guarantee a perfect match, you can rest assured that we do our best to find your perfect roommate.

We do not require a guarantor in all cases. Some of our residents qualify based on their income without a guarantor. If a guarantor is necessary then an application fee for the guarantor is due and the qualifications of the guarantor will be considered with the application.

Point North does not offer discounts for rent paid in full. However, prepayment gives you the peace of mind knowing that your account is in good standing at all times!

Limited Parking is available. Each apartment is provided an allocation of space. Then spaces are provided on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Reserved spaces are available and you can check out availability and rates in real-time by clicking on “Availability” at the top of this page. We also offer reserved bike parking for a small fee. Check with our leasing team for details.

Leases are legal contracts for the said term. Residents are responsible for the entire term of the lease. Please see a leasing professional for further details.

Please visit the Availability page or call us at (512) 866-1345 for our current rates.

Our beds are full-size, extra-long. We suggest you bring queen-sized sheets, which will work well instead of paying higher prices for “special” sized sheets.

Our leases all begin August 1st of every calendar year and end July 31st of the following year. If there is availability for only Fall or Spring leasing, we may consider a shorter term lease for a premium. Check the Availability (link it) for real-time pricing or check with our leasing team.

Our rental packages include high-speed internet and trash pickup. Cable Connections are provided in each unit. Students are responsible for electricity, water and any cable tv or streaming services. In order to make life simple for you, we allocate the electric, trash and water charges to our students and include it on the monthly invoice. There is no need to set up those utilities or pay any deposits to those providers- we’ve got you covered!

Lease start dates and the financial responsibility start date is generally August 1st of each calendar year but you are fee to physically move in anytime during the month at your convenience.

Step one is pay an application fee and administrative fee to start the application process. We generally approve applications within 1 business day, at which time we ask for either the security deposit or we also offer Rhino, a security deposit alternative, for a low monthly fee directly to Rhino, in order to save our residents from having to pay a full month’s rent deposit. If you prefer to pay a deposit, the deposit is one month’s rent. We cannot hold apartments without a paid deposit or Rhino policy therefore you must pay a deposit or obtain a Rhino policy in order to secure your apartment and take it off the market. The leasing team will send you a link to obtain the Rhino policy after you are approved. It’s important to note that all apartments are still on the market and could be leased by others until a deposit or Rhino policy is received so take care of that quickly!

Rent is due on the first of every month and Fall students will pay their first month’s rent on or before August 1st.

Absolutely! We can send a monthly invoice to whomever you need us to. Just let the leasing team know where to deliver this electronically.
